A.G Diecast LLC is a small business comprised of a group of technicians, each with over a decade of experience in the technical field, primarily in High Pressure Die Casting. Our passion is to provide the best possible customer service experience and do it in the most efficient way possible.
Service Rates
LABOR
Standard rate
$100/hr.
Includes day and night shift up to 12 hours per day.
Weekend / Holiday rate
$120/hr.
Holidays and/or Saturday and Sunday. Max 12 hours per day.
Travel time
$80/hr.
Max charge of 8 hours each direction.
Expenses
Per diem
$80/day
Charged for each day worked.
Mileage
$0.75/mile
Misc.
As incurred
Hotels / Rental vehicles / Consumables.
All rates and expenses are subject to change at any time. Only rates on quotes are binding.
Service plans
Monthly and/or Bi-monthly visits
- 40 hours per week on site.
- Contract must be for a minimum of 6 visits (40 hours each) a year.
- Visits are invoiced after each week of service.
Scope of work / Availability
- General troubleshooting support for die casting equipment.
- Days and shifts available:
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed at the start of the visit.
- Saturday and/or Sunday.
- No premium charge for off-hour shifts or weekend work.
- Provide troubleshooting training.
- Hydraulics
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Assist with scheduled maintenance.
Cost structure
- Labor cost locked in at $4000 per week.
